Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon delivery of the items to the carrier. It is your responsibility to file any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.

9. Returns and Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the items are in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact. Certain items, such as intimate apparel, may be non-returnable for hygiene reasons.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving the returned items.

Shipping fees for returns are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error (damaged or incorrect items).
